All November to May rentals are by the week, Saturday to Saturday (you arrive and depart on Saturday). June through October, we are more flexible with arrival/departure dates and length of stay. But please ask about the dates you require.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation and the balance is due a month before you arrive. We accept U.S. checks and international money orders.

Cancellation policy: Full refund with 30-day notice. After that, we will make a good-faith effort to re-rent the accommodation, and will provide a full refund if we are able to do so.
