Size: Approximately 800 square feet, including private patio.

Style: Spacious, studio-style to take advantage of the stunning views from all areas within the casita.

Sleeping area: The casita has a California king-sized bed. You can also accommodate an additional individual on the built-in couch that can be used as single bed – ideal if you are traveling with a child. Large closet space and a safe for your valuables.

Bathroom: Each casita has a spacious, full-sized bathroom.

Kitchen: The casitas are equipped with a full kitchen with stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cooking and eating utensils.

Living and dining areas: The living area has a large couch, coffee table, chair, and views of the ocean. Your dining table is sheltered under a traditional palapa roof on the patio for dining alfresco.

Patio: The casita interior opens on to a large patio directly facing the ocean. There are two comfortable lounge chairs for sun-bathing, a garden planter, and a palapa-roofed area for shade.

Views: You can see the bay from your bed, the couch, the kitchen, and of course the patio.

Decor: Like the houses, the casitas are decorated with traditional Mexican handicrafts and antiques, and the kitchen and bathroom are designed with traditional hand-painted talavera tile.

Air-conditioning: Available May through October.

Maid-service: Daily (except Sunday).

Other amenities: A safe for valuables, mosquito netting, floor fans and ceiling fan over bed.

Casita #6 has all the attributes and amenities as casitas #1-4, but in a different layout. It also has a huge, private patio/garden – the largest of all our casitas. The view of the ocean for this casita is from the patio.

Casita #5 has all the amenities as the other casitas, but in a smaller, although still spacious, layout. The main differences between #5 and the other casitas are:

Size: Approximately 600 square feet.

Sleeps: 2, in a Queen-sized bed (the couch cannot be used to sleep an additional person).

View: #5 has a terrific view, but can be appreciated from the patio only.
