Number of Bedrooms:The house has three full bedroom suites, each with a king-sized bed and its own large private bathroom. Two of the bedroom suites are on the lower level, and the third suite is on the upper level.

Additional sleeping: The upstairs living room has two built-in couches that can each comfortably sleep an additional individual. The couches are ideal for guests that cannot be accommodated in the bedrooms.

Kitchen: The house has two kitchens. The main kitchen on the top floor is very large and fully equipped with a modern stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The kitchenette on the lower level has a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cooking and eating utensils.

Living room: The top floor has a large living room overlooking the ocean and the town with comfortable couches, a coffee-table covered in Mexican art books, beautiful decorations, and a view of the ocean that leads onto the patio. The lower level has a small living area inside the house, while the main living-room space for this floor is on the huge covered patio.

Dining room and other eating areas: The upstairs has a large dining room with an antique table, chairs, and a view of the ocean through the French doors. You can also dine on the patio under the palapa roof, or at the bar in the kitchen. The lower level has tables for both indoor and outdoor dining.

Patios: Both floors have patios that stretch the whole length of the house and look out onto the ocean. Like Casa Higuera, the whole front of the house can be opened up with sliding French doors and has panoramic views of the bay. One portion of the upper patio is under a large palapa roof with a round table and chairs for alfresco dining in the shade. There are also lounge chairs for sunbathing and lush potted plants. The patio on lower level has a large dining area and an alfresco living room with a couch and chairs.

Decor: Like Casa Higuera, we have decorated our new home with Mexican arts and crafts, both antique and contemporary, collected from all over Mexico.

Maid-service: Daily (except Sunday).
